Three decades ago we started with a simple bet: decorators don't just need good caps — they need good caps fast, at prices that leave room for margin. So we built our own overseas production pipeline, cut out the middlemen, and put every order on our own factory floor.
Today that bet is our entire identity. We don't warehouse and we don't guess — every cap is cut, sewn, and decorated to your spec, which is how a two-tone trucker in your client's exact PMS colors costs less than a warehouse blank plus domestic decoration. While most importers quote 60–90 days, our own factory and in-house decoration ship most orders in about 21 days from sewout approval. And because we archive your art, digitizing, and spec, the cap you ran last season reorders exactly the same this season — same fit, same colors, same price tiers.
