Puff 3D Embroidery

Make your image POP with bold raised dimension

Puff 3D embroidery uses a foam insert beneath the stitching to create a raised, three-dimensional effect that makes logos and text stand out dramatically. The foam underlay elevates the design 3–6mm above the cap surface, giving it a tactile, premium quality that flat embroidery cannot achieve. Ponytail holder caps feature a specially designed opening at the back that lets hair pass through comfortably. Two closure styles are available: the Oval opening (a simple, clean loop ideal for lower ponytails) and the Lattice opening (a criss-cross elastic strap design that accommodates high ponytails and provides a secure, adjustable fit).
