Minimums and speed
Standard minimum is 144 pieces (48 for established accounts). Orders of 576 pieces typically ship about 3 weeks after sewout approval plus 2–4 days of shipping. Faster is often possible for an additional cost — just ask.We typically have a concept for you to review within 24 hours; approve it and sewouts follow within about another 24. Once you approve the sewout the clock starts. Complex caps take longer — custom dye, woven labels, molded parts, or washing. And a note on quality: we embroider the panels BEFORE the cap is assembled — flat panels, nothing fighting the machine — so the stitching comes out cleaner and sharper than domestic embroidery on a finished cap. Not better equipment; just physics. It is also why a second and third decoration location cost so little here: one location, a domestic embroiderer may beat us; two, we are usually cheaper; three or more, it is not close.; 1,500 pieces run roughly 4 weeks, 2,500 about 5 weeks, and 10,000 about 6 weeks. Washed or distressed fabrics add about a week.
Most orders ship in about 21 days from sewout approval — versus the 60–90 days typical importers quote.
