- Patch styles: rectangle, rounded rectangle, oval, or custom die shapes; tan, brown, black, or gray leathers
- Edge: clean-cut sewn edge with visible running stitch, or merrowed border on fabric patches
- Bases: truckers, richardson-style structured crowns, cuffed knit beanies (our W-series beanies with leather patch are a distributor staple)
- Combine with embroidery on back arch or side panels inside the same included stitch count
Most orders ship in about 21 days from sewout approval — versus the 60–90 days typical importers quote.
