The rope isn't printed or embroidered — it's a braided cord sewn directly into the seam where the front panel meets the crown, done on our own floor alongside the stitching. A rope can go on any style in the line — the five below are the signature rope silhouettes with stocked rope-color programs ready today, and every other style takes a rope too, in a stock color or a fully custom braid, quoted on request.

Most orders ship in about 21 days from sewout approval — versus the 60–90 days typical importers quote.

Every cap includes up to 12,000 embroidery stitches (minimum 4,000 per location). Virtual proofs and digitizing are free and come back within 24 hours. Trade-only: we sell exclusively to promotional-products distributors and resellers, priced with room for your margin. SAGE #200546.

Build Your Own Rope

Rope color is an adder, not a fixed spec — pick a stock color for the fastest turn, or send a Pantone for a fully custom braid. Two-tone dash ropes and woven diamond patterns sit in stock right alongside seven solid colors, so most programs never have to wait on a custom braid at all.

Style 1115 carries the full 11-color rope stock shown above. Styles 1100, 1150, 1250 and 1520 ship in the core six — White, Black, Navy, Stone, Black/White and White/Black — and a custom braid is available on any style in the line, signature five or otherwise.

Rope color can match the crown for a tonal look, or run in hard contrast against it — both are documented on the same pre-production sewout your rep signs off on before the run starts.

Rope Caps Questions

What is a rope cap?

A structured cap — usually five-panel — with a braided cord sewn across the front seam where the crown meets the visor. It's a construction detail sewn in on our own floor, not a printed or embroidered effect.

Which styles can take a rope?

Any style in the line. Style 1115, 1100, 1150, 1250 and 1520 are the signature rope silhouettes, with stocked rope-color programs across 252 photographed colorways combined — every one lists its build and stock rope colors on its own style page. Every other style takes a rope too, quoted on request in a stock or fully custom color.

Can the rope color be custom matched?

Yes. Stock rope colors ship fastest; a fully custom rope color is available for programs that need an exact match to a client's brand or team color, priced as an adder on your quote.

Does the rope cost extra?

Rope is an adder on top of the cap, not a separate SKU — stock and custom rope pricing is itemized on your line-item quote alongside the base cap and decoration.
